April 1st recipe--Apple Pie
This is a great recipe that brings me back to the old fashioned flavor of "grandma's apple pie".
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla shake mix
8 oz skim milk
8 oz of ice
3-4 apple slices or a 1/2 cup of apple sauce
1 T. vanilla pudding
1 T. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 t. apple pie spice or cinnamon
Blend all ingredients and serve................TOO GOOD!!!

April 2nd recipe--Pumpkin Pie
It doesn't have to be Thanksgiving to enjoy enjoy pumpkin pie. Try this shake and remember you can have pumpkin pie anytime of the year.
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla shake mix
8 oz skim milk
8 oz ice
1 capful vanilla extract
1 t. pumpkin spice
1 T. splenda
1 T. vanilla pudding
Dash of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients and serve.

April 3rd shake recipe--Banana Cream Pie
I have saved my favorite pie recipe for last................BANANA CREAM PIE. I love bananas and I love pie, so what better then banana cream pie.
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla shake mix
8 oz of skim milk
8 oz of ice
1/2 banana
1 T. banana cream pudding
blend and serve

Since I have started using Herbalife on March 3, 2011. I have lost 22 lbs. I drink a supplemental shake for breakfast and lunch. Herbalife shake recipe for March 31-- No bake Chocolate Chip Cookie
I think you remember those delicious cookies your mom used to make. She would mix chocolate chips, oatmeal, and peanut butter together and add a dash of cinnomon, mix everything together and form these amazing little balls of yummyness. She would place them in the refridgerator and a few hours later you would have a treat that you wish could last forever. Well, if you want that just like mom used to make taste, check out this Herbalife "no bake chocolate chip cookie" recipe.
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Cookies and Cream
1 T. Chocolate Fudge pudding
1 T. Rolled oats
1 T peanut butter
8 oz skim milk
8 oz ice
A dash of cinnomon
Blend all ingedients and serve. This one is a keeper.

Herbalife Shake Recipe for March 29th--Almond Joy
I know so many of you love that delicious candy bar called ALMOND JOY. Well, I too am a fan. That's why I am so excited to share this Herbalife shake recipe called.............Almond Joy
Ingredients:
2 scoops Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate
1 capful of coconut extract
1/2 capful almond extract
1 scoop almonds (salt free, about 10 almonds)
1 T. chocolate pudding (in its powder form)
Mix all ingredients, blend them up and serve. one serving is approx. 278 calories

1 T. chocolate pudding
1/2 tsp. Splenda
1/2 banana
8 oz of ice
Blend all ingredients together, pour it into a cup and enjoy!!
